As always the arrangement, service and going above and beyond. I had sent a gift to a friend. The shipper delivered to wrong address. The gift was perishable yet they then 2 days later got it to the right address Un fit to eat. Even though notified and claimed filed they have yet to make it right. So I sent a flower arrangement through M’s. M’s called me to say they did not have the same dish as in the picture but could do another and did not usually deliver to where the flowers needed to go but would make an exception and do it. I will be forever grateful for people like them that really care.

I actually received a call from M's because the vase or container that I chose wasn't ideal for the occasion so she found a nice clear vase and spruced up the arrangement a bit.
