A dear friend moved to the LaHabra area, and I wanted to send flowers as a housewarming gift. I searched for florists near her house, and M's Florist popped up. They had a beautiful Autumn bouquet at a very reasonable price. I ordered the premium size. My friend was absolutely delighted with it. I also had a problem with my order, just after I clicked on the "submit order" button, I realized there had been a mistake in the address which led to an extra $25 delivery fee. I immediately called, and spoke with a very nice lady who very efficiently corrected the address and credited my account. She then proceeded to describe exactly what would be in the bouquet, given their supply on hand. Our conversation was maybe 3-4 minutes long, but she was so helpful and courteous; so impressive. I went to my friend's house the day the bouquet was delivered and it was just beautiful. I highly recommend M's flowers for their product and wonderful, personalized service.
Excellent experience. Flowers were delivered same-day within hours, which was awesome given I'm across the country from my recipients. While they would have rather had me home at the table this year, they loved their Thanksgiving centerpiece and "Ms. Smiley" balloon, who filled in for me. It was a pleasant surprise that brought them joy. Mission accomplished.
